- Fire Relief: If you would like to help in the current Southern California fire relief, please give to the Compassion Fund (make checks to FCBC, Walnut; Memo: Fire Relief). Galations 6:10. Funds will then be administered by Calvary Chapel, Running Springs, a church we know in the fire area.
- Thanksgiving Sunday (11/18) - Baptism
- Daylight Savings Time, Saturday 11/3. Fall back: Remember to fall back, that is, turn your clocks back one hour.
- Family Fall Festival 10/31, Wednesday 6-8:30pm. Parents, come with your children to enjoy this fun evening of games, music, snacks and fellowship. Invite friends and their children. There are games for preschoolers too. Tickets on sale at $1 per person for games and food.
- Free Flu Shots on Sunday 11/4 - Stations will be open 9am-1pm in room 100.
- 2007 Youth Winter Retreat - 12/28-31. 7th-12th graders welcome! Registration starts in October.
- Advertures in Reading (AIR) - Growing Reading Disciples, it's time to get your November book! New sign ups welcomed. See insert for book list. Forms in office - return to Pastor Paul (box #5) or Steve Chin.
